Looking back at EUSTORY's History Camps 2016
For the EUSTORY History Camp »Backpacking Visegrad with Pen and Camera« (22 September - 1 October 2016) a group of young Europeans travelled from Budapest via Prague to Gdańsk by night train. During their stay they discussed about freedom of press and the role of media during social movements in the Visegrad states. The students published the results of their research in a daily blog on the History Campus platform. Another group explored the Georgian capital Tbilisi during the History Camp »United or Divided in Diversity? National Identities in Europe« (2 - 8 October 2016). They debated the concept of identity and what it means to them. Watch a video about the History Camp in Georgia here. For an overview of History Camps click here.
