Start of the 23rd Round of the German History Competition

The topic of the 23rd German History Competition is "Familiar Strangers - Neighbours in History". Everybody has them. They live next door to us, down the street, in the next village or country. Young people in Germany are encouraged to find out what brought neighbours together, what made them quarrel, and how they reacted to changes and challenges.

Award Ceremony in Belgium in 2012

The award ceremony of the Belgian History Competition took place on 27 June 2012 in the BELvue Museum in Brussels. The topic of the 5th competition round was "History in a Suitcase". Apart from members of the jury and past winners of the competition, Gabriele Woidelko, managing director of EUSTORY, spoke at the event.

The award ceremony of the 7th Slovak History Competition took place on 15 June 2012 in Bratislava. It was held under the auspices of MEP Peter Stastny. Along with the ceremony and the presentation of the winning works, there were interesting discussions with experts.
